  Returns

  We put our heart and soul into all our products to ensure you are happy with your order, however, if for any reason you would like to return your item then it is a quick and straightforward process. If you wish to return an order then please do so within 14 days after the order date. Please contact us by phone at +44 1457 879400 or by email at info@woolyknit.com if you need to return your purchase. Please note any returns made after 14 working days will not be accepted. Packing Up Your Return Returned items must be in their original packaging in the condition and weight they were received. Please enclose your original order. Shipping and postal costs for the returns are the buyer’s responsibility, in the event of a return being necessary due to an error on Woolyknits part of the item being faulty, shipping and postal costs will be refunded in full to the buyer.
