Packing Up Your Return Returned items must be in their original packaging in the condition and weight they were received. Please enclose your original order. Shipping and postal costs for the returns are the buyer’s responsibility, in the event of a return being necessary due to an error on Woolyknits part of the item being faulty, shipping and postal costs will be refunded in full to the buyer.
