We’re proud to share Woolyknit with makers around the world! Our international shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location, so you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying before you complete your order.
If, for any reason, our system can’t calculate your shipping automatically, you’ll be prompted to request a shipping quote. One of our friendly Woolyknit team members will then get in touch within 48 hours with the details.
Please note: items in your basket aren’t guaranteed until your quote is paid. So we recommend completing payment promptly to avoid missing out on your chosen products.
Delivery Times
International shipping times can vary depending on where you are in the world, but we’ll always send you tracking details (where available) so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep.
Customs and Duties
When placing an international order, please be aware that all customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure of the costs.

Returns
We put our heart into every Woolyknit product, and we want you to be completely happy with your order. But we know that sometimes things just aren’t quite right, so we've made our returns process as simple as possible.
How to Return Your Order
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of your order date so we can help get the process started.

Packing Up Your Return
To make sure we can process your refund quickly, please:
- Return your items in their original packaging
- Ensure they are in the same condition and weight as received
- Enclose your original order or a note with your order details
Shipping and postal costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility. If your return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item, we’ll happily refund your shipping costs in full.
Sending Your Return
If you are returning an item from overseas, we strongly recommend using a secure, trackable courier service (such as DHL, UPS, or DPD).
Woolyknit Ltd cannot be held responsible for items that don’t reach us, so using a trackable service will give you peace of mind.
Please be aware that international customs fees and sales taxes cannot be refunded for orders shipped outside the UK.

Once we’ve received your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days and sent back to your original payment method.
