UK Shipping & Returns

Please allow two working days for your order to be carefully packaged and sent out from order date. We like to make sure everything is just right before it leaves our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

All of our UK Mainland customers can enjoy free shipping on orders over £150, so it’s the perfect excuse to stock up on your favourite yarns and supplies.

For customers in UK Other regions, including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight, our delivery times may take a little longer depending on your location.

At Woolyknit, we put our heart and soul into every order, and we hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it for you. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out so we’ve made our returns process as simple as possible.

Returning Your Order

If you’d like to return your order, please do so within 14 days of your order date. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns made after this period.

Packing Up Your Return

To help us process your refund quickly, please make sure your items are:

  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition and weight you received them
  • Accompanied by your invoice or a note with your order details
Receiving Your Refund

Once your return has reached us, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 working days. You’ll receive your refund using your original payment method.
